Actuator

Pneumatic actuator with single and double acting options. High torque output, fail-safe operation, and ideal for industrial valve automation systems.

Full Description

SA / DA Actuator is a pneumatic rotary actuator designed for precise and reliable valve automation in industrial process systems. It is available in single-acting (SA) and double-acting (DA) configurations to suit different control and safety requirements. The double-acting (DA) actuator uses air pressure for both opening and closing of the valve, providing fast and consistent operation, while the single-acting (SA) actuator incorporates a spring-return mechanism that moves the valve to a fail-safe position (fail open or fail close) upon loss of air supply. The actuator features a robust aluminum alloy body, corrosion-resistant internal components, and a rack-and-pinion mechanism that ensures smooth torque output and long service life. It is compatible with quarter-turn valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves, and supports accessories including solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners, and manual overrides.
