Digester Parts

A digester is a machine used in palm oil mills to cook and soften Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) using steam before the pressing process. This process helps release oil efficiently and prepares the fruit for pressing.

Digester parts are the internal components installed inside the digester machine that support mixing, stirring, and material movement during the cooking process. These parts ensure efficient heat distribution, proper mixing, and smooth operation of the digester.

Short / Long Arm
Used inside the digester to assist in stirring and moving the material for uniform cooking and processing.

Bottom Plate
Installed at the bottom of the digester to support material flow and ensure even distribution during operation.

Shaft Digester
Functions as the main rotating shaft that transmits power to internal arms and expellers inside the digester.

Expeller Arm
Designed to push and guide material during rotation, improving mixing efficiency inside the digester
